25 years of NEXT SYSTEM—a lot has happened during this time. New technologies, growing business areas, and a constant stream of new challenges. But what would a successful company history be without the people who help shape it?
Six of our colleagues have a combined total of an impressive 111 years at NEXT SYSTEM. From production and sales to product management and logistics—their career paths are as diverse as their responsibilities. What unites them is their many years of experience and their loyalty to the company.
Six people. A wealth of experience.
Florian Stadelmayer – 15 years at NEXT SYSTEM Florian knows NEXT SYSTEM from various perspectives. His career began in the Warehouse & Logistics department before he moved to Production (Assembly). That’s still where his work focuses today. When needed, he continues to support the warehouse. His experience in both areas makes him a versatile asset.
Franz Oberpeilsteiner – 25 Years at NEXT SYSTEM Franz has been with the company since its founding and has remained dedicated to the motors division throughout the years. He began his career in technical sales, later took on responsibilities as a product manager, and subsequently became head of the motors division. Today, as Head of Motors & Drives, he oversees this business unit. Over the course of these 25 years, not only have the technologies evolved, but so have his duties and responsibilities.
Ivana Müllebner – 9 years at NEXT SYSTEM Ivana has been working in NEXT SYSTEM’s inside sales department for nine years and currently holds the position of Inside Sales Assistant. With her many years of experience, she supports daily sales operations and collaboration with her colleagues.
Stephan Albrecht – 19 years at NEXT SYSTEM Stephan began his career at NEXT SYSTEM in inside sales. He later moved to technical sales, where he combines his experience from inside sales with technical expertise. He has been part of the team for 19 years now.
Christoph Haider – 20 Years at NEXT SYSTEM Christoph has been working with displays, touchscreens, and monitors for many years. His career at NEXT SYSTEM began in product management. Over the years, he has continuously developed his expertise in the field of display and touch solutions. Today, as Head of Display and Touch Solutions, he leads this business unit.
Michaela Zeillinger – 23 Years at NEXT SYSTEM During her 23 years at NEXT SYSTEM, Michaela has gained experience in various departments. She started in Order Management and then worked in Sales Support for many years. Since 2020, her focus has been on Logistics & Purchasing, where her responsibilities include organizing transportation, reviewing invoices, and maintaining master data.
Experience You Can’t Just Read About
When you work at a company for many years, you gain far more than just technical expertise. You get to know the products, the processes, your colleagues, and often the story behind many decisions. This knowledge is especially valuable in day-to-day work. It helps you overcome challenges, find solutions, and pass on your experience to new colleagues. The career paths of our six employees also show that long-term employment by no means means standing still. New tasks, additional responsibilities, and different areas of work are just as much a part of it.

Six people, different roles, and collectively more than a century of experience at NEXT SYSTEM. We’re especially pleased that colleagues have been with our company for so many years. They’ve witnessed developments, helped drive change, and shaped NEXT SYSTEM with their knowledge and dedication.
